ibis London Blackfriars is seeking a Reservations Agent to join our frontline team in central London. You will handle calls, emails and walk-ins, process bookings, and contribute to delivering exceptional guest service.
You will work Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:18 pm with occasional shifts, using Opera Cloud PMS to optimise occupancy. Promote ALL Loyalty benefits and ensure bookings are accurate, delivering warmth to every guest.
