This is a multi-skilled role incorporating both Front Office and Food and Beverage Duties in line with the business demands.

As our next Multi-Skilled Team Member at Ibis Bristol Centre, you…

  • Have the ability to multi-task and have a can-do attitude in this exciting fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible and always ready to assist at any stage of the guests’ stay, from check-in to check-out and everything in between. This will include working in the Food and Beverage outlets including Breakfast, Bar, Lunch and Dinner.
  • As a passionate individual, you will be dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.

Qualifications:

  • You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current work visa.
  • This position is available on a full time 40 hour contract.
  • A self-starter who has the ability to work unsupervised who ideally has experience on either a Hotel Reception and/or in a Hotel Food & Beverage Department.
  • Someone with a positive attitude and a genuine customer service focus.
  • A fast-thinking, problem solver with initiative that takes pride in creating and delivering memorable guest experiences.
  • Superb Communication skills to interact with guests and other members of the team.
  • Brilliant organisation skills.
