As our next Multi Skilled Team Leader, you will:
- Ensure high standards of services provided for guests and the attainment of Rooms and Food & Beverage qualitative and quantitative targets
- Convey the hotel’s image and atmosphere through exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability and frequent presence in the field
- Manage and motivate the F&B/Reception teams in order to improve sales and the quality of F&B and Front Office services
- Improve the department’s results by increasing sales and productivity of F&B and Front Office point of sale
- Guarantee the respect of procedures governing cash operations, administration and audits in line with the brand’s internal audit guidelines
- Be in contact with other departments and ensure that information circulates smoothly between them
- Analyse guest comments and share them with the team
Qualifications:
- Food and Beverage experience required.
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferable but not mandatory.
- Fluency in English.
- Customer service.
- Positive problem solving approach.
- Time-keeping.
- Organised.
- Multi-tasking.
- Able to work under pressure.
To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
