Hello there, Team Member extraordinaire! As our Team Member, you welcome guests, manage memories, and ensure guest satisfaction from arrival to departure. You will craft an unforgettable stay and help guests feel valued throughout their hotel journey.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Takes care of guests from arrival through departure, ensuring check-in and check-out accuracy and efficiency.
  • Contributes to guest satisfaction by providing high-quality services throughout their stay.
  • Looks after guests’ reservations and takes care of guests in the restaurant and bar.
  • Helps meet the department\’s quantitative and qualitative objectives and promotes the hotel\’s offer.
  • Looks after breakfast, restaurant and bar.
  • Implements brand and Group projects and identity features.
  • Anticipates guests\’ needs and addresses them; handles guest complaints promptly.
  • Conveys a good hotel image and respects reservation commitments in full.

Your Experience And Skills Include

  • Service-focused personality; experience is an asset.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Your Team And Working Environment

  • You will be a key member of the reception team and the face of the hotel brand, making guests feel at home from arrival to departure.

Salary and Schedule

  • Salary: £12.60 per hour
  • Schedule: Holidays, Monday to Sunday, Overtime, Weekend availability
