What You Will Be Doing
- Takes care of guests from arrival through departure, ensuring check-in and check-out accuracy and efficiency.
- Contributes to guest satisfaction by providing high-quality services throughout their stay.
- Looks after guests’ reservations and takes care of guests in the restaurant and bar.
- Helps meet the department\’s quantitative and qualitative objectives and promotes the hotel\’s offer.
- Looks after breakfast, restaurant and bar.
- Implements brand and Group projects and identity features.
- Anticipates guests\’ needs and addresses them; handles guest complaints promptly.
- Conveys a good hotel image and respects reservation commitments in full.
Your Experience And Skills Include
- Service-focused personality; experience is an asset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Your Team And Working Environment
- You will be a key member of the reception team and the face of the hotel brand, making guests feel at home from arrival to departure.
Salary and Schedule
- Salary: £12.60 per hour
- Schedule: Holidays, Monday to Sunday, Overtime, Weekend availability
