Job Description:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast items or dinner menu items in accordance with company standards and recipes.
  • Set up, monitor, and replenish the breakfast buffet to ensure food is fresh, well-presented, and adequately stocked at all times.
  • Prepare & serve simple meals for restaurant.
  • Clean dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and work areas promptly and efficiently.
  • Ensure the kitchen and food service areas are kept clean, organized, and hygienic throughout shifts.
  • Receive, check, and organize deliveries, ensuring correct storage of food and supplies following FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
  • Assist with stock rotation and inventory control as required.
  • Follow all food safety, health & safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
  • Report any maintenance, safety, or stock issues to the supervisor.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in similar role is preferable.
  • Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours is essential.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts & late shifts.
