Job Description
You will support the seamless running of our Restaurant and Bar, by providing a highly efficient and effective service.
You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency and delivery of all beverages whilst delivering an Engaging, Dynamic Guest Experience.
- Main Responsibilities
- Welcoming the guests to our new F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional service
- Conveying the hotel's image through his/her attitude, professionalism and excellent grooming standards
- Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests
- Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and coffees
- Good knowledge of our products
- Take responsibility for your designated section and station
- Ensuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all times
- Receiving and processing customers' payments
- Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables
- Taking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concerns
- Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services

To be successful in this role we ask that you have
- Previous experience as a bartender within hotels or service-based industry is required.
