What You’ll Do
- Conduct the nightly audit process to reconcile all daily transactions and prepare reports for management
- Welcome guests upon arrival during late hours and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Handle payment transactions, credit card processing
- Ensure accuracy in guest billing and resolve any discrepancies
- Collaborate with various departments to address guest needs and ensure satisfaction
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities
