We are seeking a dynamic food and beverage service manager to oversee operations of our Breakfast, Restaurant & Bar. Reporting to the Multi‑Site Food & Beverage Manager, the ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, a keen eye for detail, and strong leadership skills. This is a key shift leadership role where you’ll drive service standards, support your team on the floor, and ensure our guests enjoy a vibrant dining experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading Breakfast, Restaurant and Bar operations
- Supporting and coaching team members
- Delivering exceptional guest service and resolving issues confidently
- Managing RSA compliance, food safety and Health & Safety standards
- Managing stock control, cost management and daily reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ F&B leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, beer and cocktails
- Confident managing busy service periods
- Commercially aware with a focus on team culture and guest satisfaction
- Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
