Job Description: Ready to take the lead in the kitchen at ibis Styles Haydock? We are looking for a full-time Chef who can bring flavour, energy and great food to our busy hotel. This is a 40 hour per week role with a salary of up to £32,500 per year, along with a range of benefits.
We are searching for someone who knows how to keep a fast‐paced kitchen running smoothly, enjoys supporting and uplifting their team, and takes real pride in delivering quality and consistency every day. You will already understand the rhythm of a good kitchen. You can anticipate guest needs, set the standard for your team, manage stock effectively and keep the workspace clean, safe and well organised.
At ibis Styles, individuality matters, and you will help lead a team that brings their own character and confidence to work. We are looking for at least two years of cooking experience in busy restaurants, pubs or hotels. Flexibility is important, as we operate every day of the year, with early shifts, late shifts and weekends all part of the mix.
