When You Join Us:

  • £13.88 per hour; full time contract, min. 35 hours per week

As our next Breakfast Cook, you will play an important role in the kitchen team to deliver quality food consistently and efficiently in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

You Will:

  • Prepare breakfast buffet dishes to agreed brand and company standards
  • Ensure all mise‑en‑place is prepared and ready for service
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation and hygiene across all kitchen areas
  • Follow food safety procedures from storage through to preparation and service
  • Manage the stock rotation, deliveries and storage procedures
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a great guest experience
  • Take responsibility for preparing staff food during shifts
  • Work with the team to ensure the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned following breakfast service
  • Carry out any additional kitchen duties as requested

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and passionate about food.

You Should Ideally Have:

  • Previous kitchen experience in a hotel, restaurant or catering environment (preferred but not essential)
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Good understanding of food hygiene and safe working practices
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends and bank holidays
