Job Title: Receptionist / Front Office Team Member

Location: ibis Hotel

Employment Type: Full-time 40 hours per week (shift-based)

Overview

ibis Hotels are part of the Accor group and are known for delivering comfortable stays, friendly service, and great value. We’re looking for a welcoming and motivated Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests.

Working Hours

This role operates on a rotating shift schedule. Availability to work both early and late shifts, including weekends and public holidays, is required.

  • Early Shift: 06:45 – 15:15
  • Late Shift: 14:30 – 23:00

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out
  • Handle reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries
  • Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest records
  • Liaise with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently

About You

  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-presented and reliable
  • Comfortable using computers and booking systems (training provided)
  • Ability to work rotating shifts as listed above
  • Previous hotel or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
