Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a Guest Service Manager to join our team at ibis Styles Haydock! If you love creating memorable guest experiences, then this full-time opportunity is perfect for you, working 40 hours per week for a competitive salary of up to £26,000 per annum, plus some great benefits. Do you have a knack for customer service, especially in the hotel industry? Have you ever dreamed of working in an Accor-branded property? You’ll need two years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a branded property and have an approachable, outgoing personality.

From managing reception to being hands-on in the bar, restaurant, and conference facilities, you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our guests have an amazing time at ibis Styles Haydock. And let’s not forget, you’ll also get to play the role of Duty Manager during your shifts as well as helping your GM with some admin tasks.
