Position
ibis Styles Crewe is looking for outgoing, dependable, welcoming Front of House Team Member to deliver an amazing first impression and ensure our guests want to come back time and again. We are adding to our team to help cover busy periods and need Guest Service Assistants on a casual, zero-hours basis, in return for a salary of up to ÂŁ12.21 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Work across the front‑of‑house operations of the hotel, including checking guests in and out, running the breakfast service, helping set up meeting rooms, and working the bar and restaurant.
- Maintain a great telephone manner and be confident using a computer.
- Be a flexible team member and turn your hand to whatever\’s needed to ensure guests have a great stay.
- Operate across a mix of midweek, weekend, early and late shifts, with flexibility in scheduling being an advantage.
- As you\’ll be serving alcohol, applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Two years\’ experience in a customer‑facing hospitality role is desirable.
- Personality and potential are important; open, welcoming individuals who understand great customer service.
