ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport is looking for an outgoing, dependable, welcoming Hotel Receptionist (Guest Service Assistant) to deliver an amazing first impression and ensure guests want to come back time and again. The role is part-time and works approximately 16-24 hours a week, paid up to £12.71 per hour, with benefits including a birthday day off, hotel discounts, and career progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Check guests in and out and answer questions.
  • Provide support during guests’ stay.
  • Assure a pleasant telephone manner and use computer for light admin tasks.
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks such as pulling drinks, taking food orders, and any other duties required to enhance the guest experience.
  • Work flexible shifts, including midweek, weekend, early, and late.

Requirements

  • Hotel reception experience.
  • Open, welcoming personality and strong customer-service skills.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Confident in using a computer for light administrative work.
  • Minimum age 18 years.
