What will you be doing as a Front Office Team Leader?

  • Looking after the guests and ensuring they have an incredible experience with us
  • Coaching & Training the Team members
  • Supervise and support the Front Office team
  • Handling any guest complaints
  • Direct daily front office operations
  • Supervise front talent and help out with accounting problems
  • Ensure department policies and procedures are understood by all employees and observed in tasks performed
  • Perform any other duties as directed by the Front Office Management

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people. By joining us as a Receptionist, you will become part of a friendly team of 40 talents. To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English. Understanding things from our guest’s perspective is key, so while you are settling into your new role we will arrange a one-night stay for you to experience this first hand.
