As our next Food & Beverage Manager, you will take the lead in all F&B operations, overseeing the dayâtoâday running of our restaurant, bar, room service, and breakfast operations. You'll ensure seamless service, motivate your team, and keep both guests and profits smiling.
Responsibilities- Managing daily F&B service delivery with a strong handsâon presence
- Leading, training, and motivating the F&B team, including supervisors
- Coordinating with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams
- Monitoring service standards, hygiene, licensing compliance and guest satisfaction
- Overseeing inventories, F&B cost control, menus, purchasing and maintenance
- Participating in weekly Head of Department meetings and supporting Duty Management shifts as needed
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews within your team
- Analysing key metrics (revenue, staffing, costs) and adjusting operations accordingly
- Being a role model for Accor's service culture and values
- Has previous experience managing or supervising hotel F&B operations
- Is highly organised, guestâfocused and teamâoriented
- Understands cost control, food safety, stock management and licensing compliance
- Can multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fastâpaced environment
- Is confident working with digital systems (Opera, TARS, stock platforms, etc.)
- Is flexible and available to support early, late and weekend shifts as per rota
- Has a proactive, solutionsâfocused mindset and strong communication skills
- Has the right to work in the UK and fluency in English
