As our next Food & Beverage Manager, you will take the lead in all F&B operations, overseeing the day‐to‐day running of our restaurant, bar, room service, and breakfast operations. You'll ensure seamless service, motivate your team, and keep both guests and profits smiling.

Responsibilities
  • Managing daily F&B service delivery with a strong hands‐on presence
  • Leading, training, and motivating the F&B team, including supervisors
  • Coordinating with Kitchen, Front Office, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams
  • Monitoring service standards, hygiene, licensing compliance and guest satisfaction
  • Overseeing inventories, F&B cost control, menus, purchasing and maintenance
  • Participating in weekly Head of Department meetings and supporting Duty Management shifts as needed
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews within your team
  • Analysing key metrics (revenue, staffing, costs) and adjusting operations accordingly
  • Being a role model for Accor's service culture and values
Qualifications
  • Has previous experience managing or supervising hotel F&B operations
  • Is highly organised, guest‐focused and team‐oriented
  • Understands cost control, food safety, stock management and licensing compliance
  • Can multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast‐paced environment
  • Is confident working with digital systems (Opera, TARS, stock platforms, etc.)
  • Is flexible and available to support early, late and weekend shifts as per rota
  • Has a proactive, solutions‐focused mindset and strong communication skills
  • Has the right to work in the UK and fluency in English
