£13.95 per hour! Ibis Styles Edinburgh St Andrew Square is looking for an enthusiastic person to join our Bonnie & Whistle F&B team. Full time, contract available on successful probation period.
Responsibilities
- Organises and sells bar services for guests, manages the point of sale.
- Occasionally prepare the food for breakfast and evening service.
- Provides a friendly and personal welcome for guests and remains attentive to their needs.
- Promotes the bar & restaurant offers.
- Establishes good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty.
- Manages the stocks and setup for the bar in line with brand standards.
- Serves guests at the bar and restaurant, organising his/her work to suit fluctuations in numbers.
- Ensures the equipment used remains in good condition.
- Applies the procedures for opening and closing a point of sale.
- Responsible for breakfast service and refill of our buffet.
