We are looking for a reliable and confident Night Porter to join our team at ibis Styles Crewe. This is an important role within the hotel, ensuring that our guests feel welcome, supported and safe throughout the night. What The Role Involves

  • You’ll be the main point of contact for our late‑arriving guests and early departures, providing a friendly welcome, assisting with check‑ins and check‑outs and handling any queries that come your way.
  • Overnight, your focus will be on maintaining a comfortable and secure environment for all guests and keeping Front Office operations running smoothly.

Your Duties Will Include

  • Supporting guests with arrivals, departures and general enquiries
  • Managing reservations and completing end‑of‑day reports
  • Carrying out regular security and safety checks around the hotel
  • Setting up breakfast and preparing public areas for the day ahead
  • Assisting at the bar, handling payments and ensuring accurate cash control
  • Preparing meeting rooms and liaising with housekeeping and maintenance teams
