Ready to embark on a new journey at ibis Styles London Gatwick Airport? We’re looking for an outgoing, dependable, welcoming Hotel Receptionist to deliver great customer service during the night. This part-time position (Nights) is officially known as Guest Service Assistant, working 16 hours a week, with a salary of up to £12.45 per hour and benefits including a day off for your birthday, discounts at hotels, and opportunities for career progression.
- Check guests in and out, answer questions, and support them during their stay.
- Provide a great telephone manner and confidently use computer systems, running reports as needed.
- Assist with food orders, pull occasional pints, check hotel security, and adapt to any tasks required to ensure guests have a great stay.
- Help set up continental breakfast from 4 am for the airport hotel.
- Work a mix of midweek and weekend shifts.
Personality and potential are top of our hiring wish list; however, experience in a customer-facing hospitality job would be a big benefit. Experience working nights would also be a great advantage. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older as the role requires serving alcohol.
