Job Responsibilities

  • Are the ‘face of IBIS London City Shoreditch’, extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.
  • Being present and visible in the lobby and contributes to guests' sense of well-being and loyalty, by establishing a warm and personalized relationship.
  • You are responsible for an incredible hello and goodbye for our guests to make them feel welcome!
  • Give priority to guest relations, while taking care to respect administrative procedures that need to be followed.
  • Look to create sparkles (memorable moments) for our guests.
  • Anticipate guests' needs and take them into consideration.
  • Handle guests' requests for information and provide answers; put them in contact with the appropriate people.
  • Is ready to jump across to the bar if required and assist our Food and Beverage team to ensure guests.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system is preferable but not mandatory.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Customer Service.
  • Positive problem-solving approach.
  • Time-keeping.
  • Organised.
  • Multi-tasking.
  • Able to work under pressure.
