Job Description
The busy ibis Styles Birmingham NEC & Airport hotel is on the lookout for two bar & restaurant team members to serve our guests in the open-plan bar and restaurant – taking and serving orders, preparing drinks and offering great customer service. These are zero hours positions and offer a salary of up to £12.21 per hour plus benefits which include hotel discounts, a day off for your birthday and more.

Ideally, we\’re looking for people with experience in hotels and hospitality, but our main priority is finding team members who are friendly, reliable and willing. You\’ll be on your feet, interacting with guests and teammates, with a combination of midweek and weekend shifts, covering breakfast, lunch and dinner, so flexibility around shifts is essential.

ibis Styles Birmingham NEC & Airport hotel has over 160 bedrooms and welcomes international guests, business travellers, families and people heading off on holiday, so its a bustling and vibrant hotel. We serve breakfast and dinner, so early and late shifts are available. As you\’ll be serving alcohol, we do require applicants to be 18 years of age or older.
