What You'll Do
- Conducting daily inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Performing routine repairs on electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems
- Ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained and in excellent condition
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff
- Assisting in preventative maintenance tasks to minimise breakdowns
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and safety checks
- Complying with health and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for guests and colleagues
