Join our dynamic team...
- Preparing and serving cold & hot buffet breakfast.
- Welcoming guests and clearing tables.
- Checking that all fridges and displays have been sufficiently stocked.
- Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service.
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes, including meat, fish, and vegetables, according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Properly store and rotate food items to minimize waste and ensure freshness.
- Collaborate to ensure timely and efficient food preparation and service.
- Assist in adjusting menu items to accommodate guests with allergies or specific dietary concerns.
- Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to enhance culinary skills and knowledge.
- Ensure adequate supplies of clean utensils, crockery, and other kitchen equipment.
- Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to maintain smooth operations.
