Position: Reservations Agent

Manage all aspects of individual and group bookings (7 rooms or more) with or without catering, handle enquiries, confirm reservations, manage payments, track changes, and ensure clear communication across departments. Use Opera Cloud and ResaWeb to maintain accurate records and provide reports. Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with other departments to ensure guests enjoy a seamless experience.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ experience in reservations or customer service, preferably in hotels.
  • Proficiency with ResaWeb and Opera Cloud and comprehensive knowledge of reservation procedures.
  • Understanding of group booking procedures and expectations.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Fluent English with professional business correspondence skills.
  • Tech‑savvy with Office365 and comfortable exploring new technological tools.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work mornings, late shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Minimum high‑school or vocational diploma; a degree in hospitality or tourism is a plus.
  • Solid grasp of the travel industry and hotel operations.
  • Excellent multitasking and numerical skills.
  • Strong motivation to learn and grow professionally.
