You will handle enquiries, confirm reservations, manage payments, track changes and communicate arrangements across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
You'll use Opera Cloud and ResaWeb, deliver excellent customer service, and collaborate with teams while staying detail‑oriented and tech‑savvy.
