Job Description
We are currently looking for a new Front Office Supervisor to work with the Front Office Manager at Ibis Bristol Centre. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Supervisory Role: Oversee the team and ensuring a smooth process.
- Training and induction of all new staff to agreed standards.
- Receive feedback from guests and ensure quick and effective handling of issues.
- Deal with complex enquiries and complaints from clients relating to reception functions.
- Manage daily issues that may arise within the team.
- Participate in monthly team meetings.
- Communicate effectively with other team members.
