  • The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and organised General Administrator with Accounts Support to join our busy and growing team. This is a key role supporting day-to-day operations across the business, with a special focus on administrative tasks and assisting with accounts functions. You’ll play an essential part in helping us stay efficient and well-coordinated, ensuring the smooth running of both the office and on-site activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering calls, emails, and dealing with general enquiries
  • Managing schedules, appointments, and project timelines
  • Ordering materials and tracking deliveries
  • Assisting with bookkeeping, invoicing, and basic accounts tasks
  • Maintaining financial records and filing systems
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members
  • Supporting the directors with general admin tasks, including accounts-related tasks
  • What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous admin experience (construction background a bonus, but not essential)
  • A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
  • Ability to handle financial documentation and confidentiality with integrity
