We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Conveyor Products Manufacturer & Site Fitter to join our team.

The role combines workshop fabrication and manufacturing with on-site fitting, maintenance and servicing of conveyor products at customer sites across the South of England.

Previous site fitting experience is preferred; however, on-the-job training will be provided where required for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing and fabricating conveyor products within the workshop.
  • Carrying out the installation, fitting, maintenance and servicing of conveyor products at customer sites.
  • Travelling to customer sites throughout the South of England.
  • Supporting our 24/7 breakdown service when required.
  • Completing site reports and other necessary paperwork accurately.
  • Communicating professionally and clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Maintaining a professional appearance and representing the company positively at all times.
  • Working safely and complying with all relevant health and safety legislation, company policies and customer site procedures.
  • Undertaking training and development as required.

Requirements

  • Some previous experience in site fitting, fabrication, engineering or a similar practical role is preferred.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable, punctual and consistent attendance.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Willingness to learn and undertake training where required.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
  • Ability and willingness to undertake occasional night and Sunday work when required.
  • Working Hours

The standard working week is

Monday to Friday, with Saturday working of approximately 5 hours as required.

Due to our 24/7 breakdown service, applicants must be willing to work overtime and occasional non-standard hours, including nights and Sundays.

Overtime and non-standard working hours will be paid accordingly.
