We are hiring Identity & Access Management professionals across multiple seniority levels – from Consultant through to Director level, to join a market-leading Cyber Security practice within a global professional services firm. All roles require prior experience in a consulting, Managed Service Provider (MSP), or systems integrator (SI) environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven IAM experience across IGA, PAM, AM, AD, and CIAM (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Ping, Okta)
  • Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern authentication (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory / Azure AD, Federation Services, DNS, DHCP
  • Consulting / MSP / systems integrator background (mandatory)
  • UK-based with right to work in the UK
  • Ideally experience working for a Consultancy and or Financial Services

For Consultant level: Hands‑on installation, configuration, scripting, and testing capability.

For Senior level: Experience creating HLD/LLD, technical documentation, RACI matrices, and managing client delivery.

For Senior Manager and above: Client relationships at C‑suite level, proposal development, commercial models, operating model design, and go‑to‑market strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and integrate IAM solutions for enterprise clients
  • Create high‑level and low‑level architecture designs and technical specifications
  • Work with cloud platforms, directories, HR systems, and security tools (SIEM, MFA)
  • Define operating models, roadmaps, and maturity assessments (Senior and above)
  • Develop client proposals, commercial offers, and executive presentations (Senior Manager and above)
  • Build and maintain senior client relationships (Senior Manager and above)
