What You'll Do
- Design and continuously improve IAM capabilities, from architecture to operating models.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level leaders (CIO, CTO), architecture heads, and IAM executives.
- Lead client engagements: produce proposals, deliverables, executive presentations, and go-to-market materials.
- Perform maturity/gap assessments, define target IAM states, and shape pragmatic roadmaps.
- Specify IAM use cases, functional/non-functional requirements, and technical specs (authentication, access control, integration, scalability).
- Drive digital transformation with cloud-native and hybrid IAM solutions, leveraging alliances to create and deliver a healthy project pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- Long-standing IAM experience and a strong client network across IGA, PAM, AM, AD, CIAM.
- Commercial acumen for proposals, cost estimates, and compelling offers.
