Cyber security transformation is now a board-level priority for financial institutions. Many organisations are investing heavily to modernise their cyber capabilities, strengthen resilience and respond to increasing regulatory pressure.
We are supporting a global consulting organisation as they continue to expand their cyber practice within financial services. They are looking for a Cyber Transformation Lead to help shape and deliver cyber programmes for major financial institutions, working closely with senior security and technology stakeholders. This is a client-facing role combining cyber strategy, programme delivery and stakeholder engagement, helping organisations evolve their security capabilities and navigate complex cyber challenges.
What You Will Do
- Lead cyber transformation programmes for financial services clients
- Conduct cyber capability assessments and help define future-state roadmaps
- Design cyber operating models and cyber security strategies
- Work closely with senior technology and security leaders across client organisations
- Lead delivery of complex cyber initiatives across multiple domains
- Support proposals, client presentations and solution development for new engagements
- Provide expertise across key cyber security capability areas
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong experience delivering cyber security or cyber risk transformation programmes
- Experience working with financial services organisations or highly regulated industries
- Consulting experience preferred, though candidates who have worked closely with financial services clients in industry will also be considered
- Ability to shape cyber strategies, operating models and transformation roadmaps
- Strong client engagement and stakeholder management capability
- Experience across two or more domains such as IAM, Security Operations, Technology Resilience, Data Security or Cyber Strategy
