You will implement and continuously improve the H S management system for operational and construction activities, fostering a zero-harm safety culture. You will deliver enhanced reporting and data insights to support proactive decisions, and manage a team to share best practices with external stakeholders. This is a chance to shape safety in a major renewable energy context, contributing to the company’s net-zero and sustainable growth goals. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li 36 days annual leave /li li pension scheme with 2x employee contributions up to 10% company match /li li Healthcare options (Dental Insurance, Private Medical Insurance, Health Cash Plan) /li li Life Assurance (4x salary) /li li Share Schemes /li li Electric Vehicle Schemes /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Develop and implement the health and safety policy, strategy, and operating plan across the business. /li li Lead the health and safety management system for both operational and construction activities. /li li Drive a proactive safety culture through leadership, behavioural initiatives, audits, investigations, and continuous improvement. /li li Oversee health and safety reporting and develop dashboards and insights (Power BI and other tools). /li li Manage improvement plans, budgets, and H S objectives to meet targets. /li li Collaborate with Occupational Health, government bodies, industry partners, and internal stakeholders; coach and develop a team of H S Consultants. /li li Provide expert guidance on strategy, compliance, and performance to directors and executives. /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Degree level education or comparable experience. /li li NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent. /li li Working knowledge of ISO 45001/45003 and international safety standards. /li li Understanding of the renewable industry value chain. /li li Ability to influence at all levels and with external stakeholders. /li li Facilitation, mentoring, and coaching skills. /li li IOSH membership is desirable. /li /ul ul li stakeholder engagement /li li facilitation /li li mentoring and coaching /li li Power BI reporting /li li H S management systems /li li ISO 45001/45003 /li /ul
