The post holder will work closely with business stakeholders, Salesforce architects, product owners, and implementation partners to identify opportunities for autonomous agents, conversational AI, workflow automation, and intelligent service delivery.The role will ensure Agentforce solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, governance, and responsible AI principles while establishing reusable frameworks, standards, and best practices for Salesforce AI adoption.As this role supports Critical National Infrastructure business processes, this will be an operational mainly office-based, role where working hours may change to suit the needs of our critical services.What you’ll be doingLead the definition and execution of the Salesforce Agentforce roadmapIdentify and prioritise use cases for autonomous agents across Customer Operations, Network Operations, Asset Management, Field Services and Corporate FunctionsEstablish governance, security, and operational standards for Agentforce implementations.Providing clear AI design direction to Delivery Teams.
