Permanent, Full Time
We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management Analyst to support the delivery and ongoing operation of IAM solutions across critical technology platforms and services. This role is hands-on in nature and based in the UK, contributing to both local initiatives and wider global programmes led by senior delivery and architecture teams.
You will work closely with colleagues across Cyber Security, Infrastructure, Platforms, Operations and Cloud to ensure identity and privileged access controls are implemented correctly, operate effectively, and meet regulatory, security and service expectations.
What you’ll be doing
The role focuses on the delivery and continuous improvement of IAM capabilities, with particular emphasis on Active Directory and CyberArk. You will analyse requirements, support solution design, configure and maintain access controls, and assist with deployments across on-premise and cloud environments. Working under the guidance of senior delivery leads and architects, you will contribute throughout the full delivery lifecycle, from early discovery through to implementation and transition into live service.
You will help ensure solutions are secure by design, resilient, and aligned to agreed standards, while also carrying out impact assessments for identity-related changes, supporting risk remediation, and working with internal teams and third-party suppliers to manage dependencies, testing and go-live activity.
Alongside project delivery, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation and assurance of IAM controls. This includes supporting access reviews, privileged access monitoring, incident investigations and audit evidence preparation related to Active Directory and CyberArk. You will contribute to vulnerability remediation, compliance activities and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to strengthen identity security across the organisation.
This is a collaborative role with strong development potential. You will work closely with IAM engineers, security architects and platform teams, building effective relationships with UK and global stakeholders and supporting the consistent application of group IAM standards. You will gain exposure to complex enterprise environments and modern delivery approaches, with opportunities to deepen your technical expertise, enhance stakeholder engagement skills and contribute to knowledge sharing across the IAM and wider cyber security community.
What you’ll bring
We are looking for someone with proven experience in an Identity and Access Management role within a complex IT environment, with hands-on experience of Active Directory and CyberArk. You will have a solid understanding of identity, authentication, authorisation and privileged access concepts within regulated settings, be comfortable working across both project and operational contexts, and be confident communicating technical topics to a range of audiences. Experience of Agile or hybrid delivery models is beneficial.
What’s in it for you
As well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits:
