Salary: £48-60K (plus 10% bonus and private healthcare)

Help us create a better future, quicker. We are looking for a Senior Governance, Risk & Assurance Analyst to join our team in Glasgow. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping a safer, more secure future.

What you will be doing:

  • Support in coordinating cyber governance, risk and assurance activity across the organisation.
  • Ensure our cyber risk posture is clearly understood, effectively managed and consistently assured across all UK businesses.
  • Deliver initiatives that help the wider organisation make informed decisions around cyber risk and compliance.
  • Support leaders across Governance, Risk and Assurance, bringing broad expertise to daily operations.
  • Manage the department's workflow, oversee the team mailbox, respond to business queries, review and approve requests, and contribute to the delivery of key projects and objectives.
  • Develop risk and compliance reports that highlight essential insights, providing stakeholders with the clarity they need to take action.

What you will bring:

  • Strong technical knowledge in cyber security governance, risk and assurance frameworks, tools and processes.
  • Significant experience in delivering cyber security processes at scale.
  • Confidence in assessing risks and communicating them in a way that resonates at every level of the organisation.
  • Industry-recognised qualifications such as GICSP, CISSP or CISM.
  • An awareness of relevant IT and OT cyber security legislation within the energy sector.
