What you'll be doing
- Define and optimise end-to-end business processes to meet regulatory, system, and market changes
- Lead root cause analysis and deliver practical, measurable improvement initiatives across Energy Retail
- Monitor system and process performance post-SAP changes, ensuring benefits realisation and cost reduction
- Analyse KPIs to proactively identify issues, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Own all analysis, insights, and recommendations related to internal and external performance
- Document current-state processes and translate business needs into clear functional requirements
- Test change requests and incidents delivered by third-party suppliers
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and testers to drive continuous improvement
What you'll bring
- Strong SAP Utilities expertise (CRM, IS-U; UI5)
- Advanced analytics capability (Python, Synapse SQL, Power BI)
- Proven experience delivering system improvements and IT change
- Hands‑on analytical skills, including SAP querying and data analysis
