Help us create a better future, quicker. You will be responsible for providing effective, efficient, and professional People services throughout the full employee lifecycle via various contact channels to all employees across the ScottishPower UK Business. You will deliver all elements of the Hire to Rehire cycle, including contractual packages and screening requirements, mobility processes (change job), learning administration and all offboarding activity within required policies, procedures, and timelines.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the full employee lifecycle across ScottishPower’s UK businesses, as well as for our external customers.
- Maintain accurate employee and organisational data across our HR systems, such as Workday, Oracle, SAP and ServiceNow.
- Deliver processes and procedures in line with agreed service levels, always working within company policies, regulatory requirements and established standards.
- Manage both routine and more complex enquiries through our case management system.
- Ensure we meet all legal and compliance obligations, including those relating to UKVI, UKSV and HMRC.
- Monitor service quality, resolving issues where possible and escalating concerns when needed.
- Produce and analyse statistical information, sharing insights with the business and HR teams.
- Build a strong understanding of our HR policies, procedures and processes.
- Work closely with colleagues across the wider People function to support a consistent and positive employee experience.
- Embrace new and existing HR technologies, suggesting ways we can improve how we work.
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a customer centric role and/or HR environment.
- Experience in an HR Administration role is highly desirable and advantageous.
- Strong customer focus, with experience of working in a Customer Service environment.
- Strong time management and organisational skills including ability to prioritise and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Strong PC Skills (working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite essential).
- Working knowledge of HR Systems, SAP, Oracle and ServiceNow would be an advantage.
- Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, procedures and processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyse and report on data.
- Focus on process, detail, and quality.
Minimum Criteria:
- Working knowledge of HR systems, (Workday, Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow desirable).
- Proven experience in managing day to day administration processes, preferably in the HR field of specialism.
- Knowledge of HR Policy, Procedure and Process.
