You will shape reporting standards and modernisation efforts to enable data-informed decision making. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li 36 days annual leave /li li Pension scheme with 10% company contribution /li li Private Medical Insurance /li li Equity Plans /li li Healthcare benefit options /li li Life Assurance (4x salary) /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead and prioritise the Customer Service data team, manage workload and build capability /li li Deliver timely, meaningful reporting and dashboards that reflect performance, regulatory obligations and strategic planning /li li Partner with senior stakeholders to translate insights into action /li li Establish and maintain reporting definitions, ownership and governance /li li Set standards for BI and QA methodologies, and act as escalation point for complex issues /li li Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, risks and opportunities /li li Coordinate real-time information provision during major incidents and critical events /li li Define data and reporting requirements early on projects and promote data-informed delivery /li li Drive automation and modern reporting while maintaining governance /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Senior data, reporting or BI experience with people/project leadership /li li Advanced capability to interrogate datasets and derive recommendations /li li Expert Excel and dashboard/reporting tool experience (Tableau, Power BI or equivalent) /li li SQL, Power Query, R or Python data querying/automation /li li Strong data structures, KPI design, data quality and governance /li li Business partnering: understanding operational, customer and regulatory context /li li Experience presenting findings to senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes /li li Track record of improving performance through reporting and insights /li li Degree in related discipline or equivalent practical experience (as specified) /li /ul ul li stakeholder management /li li concise communication /li li problem solving /li li Tableau /li li Power BI /li li Excel /li /ul
