ResponsibilitiesAs Senior Business Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our innovation, driving change and making an impact. Leading and influencing our business in requirements of public safety legislation, monitoring, reporting and transforming raw data, you will be required to analyse data consisting of volume, velocity and variety. Identifying and managing system improvements with our Centre of Excellence and Prepayment teams to drive operational excellence across all processes, you will track and monitor key performance metrics, extracting actionable insights from internal data, industry data and beyond. Empowering decision-makers across our business, you will ensure our customer is at the heart of every change made and how this may impact our customer’s experience.
What you’ll bringYour degree in a Mathematical or Science related subject will be your foundation. Analysing and mining data, you will manage relationships, engaging with stakeholders using your excellent numerate and analytical skills. Working with Python, SQL and PowerBI to create reports and unravel financial challenges, you will be an expert at forging alliances across teams, displaying your ability to connect and bridge any visible gaps.
