The Senior Pricing Analyst will ensure that all pricing information, market positioning analysis, and pricing models are maintained for the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SME) markets for gas and electricity in order to ensure the company’s billing and quotation systems provide accurate, competitive, and timely pricing information to both internal and external stakeholders and customers. They will report to the Senior Product & Strategy Development Manager. The Senior Pricing Analyst will provide expertise on SME pricing and ensure the absolute accuracy of all SME pricing information and systems within the Customer Business, as well as providing insight and analysis of products and market position.
More specific responsibilities include:
- Knowledge of Customer Business, SME pricing, and tariffs
- Advanced spreadsheet modelling skills
- Good communicator with effective influencing skills
- Familiarity with SAP and PowerBI is advantageous
- Experience with Gorilla pricing system is desirable, but not essential
- Graduate education in a numerate or business related subject preferred, but not essential
- Computer literate with advanced spreadsheet modelling skills
- An orientation towards teamworking is essential
