What you'll be doing
The role of Performance Analyst is crucial in driving internal performance improvements across various customer service functions, including the distribution call centre, customer connections, and back-office support, through the reporting and analysis of performance metrics. The Performance Analyst will play a key role in providing insights to support data-driven decision-making to improve internal processes and customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analysing significant quantities of data from multiple sources. They will provide ongoing reporting, statistics, and analysis on business-critical performance metrics. This role requires strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail to effectively control and understand these statistics. The insights generated will inform strategies aimed at improving internal processes and customer experience.
What you’ll bring
- Previous experience in a Performance Analyst or similar role within a call centre environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, R, Python, SQL, or similar).
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and understandable manner.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
