You will work with project schedules to identify and communicate inter-dependencies and clashes, leading development of innovative programming solutions. As part of the schedule update cycle for your portfolio, you will be required to resolve programming issues in project schedules, co-ordinating inputs from internal and external stakeholders to identify and resolve issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for integrating Contractor Clause 31 & Clause 32 Delivery Partner schedules into the SPEN Project Schedule, identifying and highlight schedule risks and variance to internal and external stakeholders, developing mitigation scenarios where programme risk and variance is identified. Following the programme update cycle, portfolio-level monthly reports will be produced, based upon the most up-to-date project schedule KPIs, informing and assisting the Senior Management decision making process.
