The role involves maintaining the District work programme, ensuring that tasks and priorities are clearly organised and updated as needed. A key part of the job is to co‑ordinate District work and resources on a reactive basis, effectively managing workloads to cover absences, training commitments, and other operational demands.

Implementation of work programme project administration controls – e.g. adding/removing staff to the virtual planner due to new employees, retirement, role changes.

Ensure awareness and complicity with Company Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.

  • Planning and Organising skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Significant all round administrative experience.
  • Working knowledge of Business IT systems.
  • Working knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices.
  • Working knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
  • Developed negotiation, communication and people management skills.
  • Familiarity with MS suite of systems.
