We’re looking for an Implementation Lead to join the SPEN Centre of Excellence and support the delivery of major RIIO‐T3 projects. This role sits at the heart of Business Transformation, leading the implementation of key processes and system changes while working closely with teams across data, risk, supply chain, customer, BIM, and asset management.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll drive the rollout of critical business and IT solutions, ensure processes operate as designed, and help shape innovative methodologies that add real value. The role involves guiding stakeholders through change, managing resources, supporting data and software development, and contributing to significant capex projects across the business.

We’re seeking someone with experience delivering complex functional change, strong knowledge of IT processes, and the ability to translate business needs into effective technical and visual solutions. You should be confident working with senior stakeholders, collaborating across diverse teams, and supporting the long‐term improvement of SPEN’s systems and processes.
