## Project Assistant (Quality)Applylocations: United Kingdom, Blantyreposted on: Posted Todaytime left to apply: End Date: July 29, 2026 (13 days left to apply)job requisition id: R-30344**Project Assistant (Quality)****Salary from £38,760 per year plus excellent benefits package and career progression opportunities.****Location: Aspect House, Blantyre****Permanent / Full Time****Closing Date: 29/07/26*****Help us create a better future, quicker*****Role**The Quality Assistant sits within the Digital & Data team and provides operational support for the management, maintenance, and effective use of the organisation’s digital quality and safety systems.Ensuring compliance with Document Management System (DMS) processes, system administration, data accuracy, supporting audit activities and enabling consistent, reliable digital assurance across projects and contractors.**What you’ll be doing**Integrated in the SPT Quality Team.Multiple daily contacts with all Project stakeholders such company, contractors, central departments, project teams, engineering, Operations and OCC.Dealing with a very high number of process documents and information to record and tracking.Support effective use and administration of digital quality systems, applying consistent methodologies for data management, document control, audit coordination and reporting to ensure accuracy, traceability, and reduced risk of errors.Enable continuous improvement and assurance activities through structured data capture, analysis, and governance support, improving system reliability, audit readiness, stakeholder confidence and informed decision-making.**What you’ll bring**Experience of dealing with people at varying levels across the business.Working knowledge of Document Management Systems with emphasis placed on Quality (ISO 9001).Proven experience of working with a big quantity of projects at the same time.Ability to analyse and present information in a logical and orderly manner.Experienced in the use of MS Office, and other tools and strong administration skills.**Minimum Criteria*** Previous Document Control Experience (advantageous)* Knowledge / Understanding of ISO9001* Proven ability to work within a changing workload to agreed timescales.* Be a proficient IT user on word, Excel, SAP and recognised database software packages.***What’s in it for you***As well as a competitive salary which is reviewed annually, you can also enjoy a number of other benefits.
