Our team is building a dynamic network to meet the changing demands for electricity and increasingly, renewable electricity – safely, securely and sustainably in the communities we serve.
To provide business support in application assessment relating to Energy Networks, Licence Programmes, Low Carbon Technology.
What you’ll be doing
- Contribute as an effective LCT, technical team member.
- Manage correspondence, applications and contacts accordingly deciding and initiating the action or communication required within the LCT installers and customers.
- Support delivery of customer and regulatory commitments.
- Ensure all customer contacts/applications that are received by the business are dealt with in accordance with the relevant processes and timescales.
- Provide administration, management support and reporting within all areas of LCT.
- Deliver excellent customer service to all aspects of your operation and actively promote customer service standards within area of responsibility.
- Ensure awareness of and comply with Company Health, Safety and Environmental requirements on issues as they arise.
- Work towards a zero-accident culture and lead by example.
- Use innovative IT solutions and best practices to increase efficiency.
- Administer and process all paperwork during the Project Lifecycle.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained in all activities performed.
- Participate in the development/improvement of processes and procedures within Licence Programmes, LCT.
What you’ll bring
- Working knowledge of network and business data management and management reporting systems.
- Working knowledge of Regulatory Reporting Requirements.
- Working knowledge of Guaranteed Standard, Voluntary Standard, Licence and Ofgem requirements.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team.
- Excellent telephony skills.
- Developed customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices.
- Knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation.
- Aware of regulatory issues impacting on the Business.
- Aware of inter-business relationships.
Minimum Requirements
- Higher Education or equivalent (four GCSE grades) particularly in Maths and English.
- Computer literacy – e.g. Microsoft Office suite.
