As a Technical Team Member, you will provide business support Energy Networks, Customer Connections Team.
What you’ll be doing

Contribute as an effective, technical team member to the Connections Team.

Manage correspondence, applications and contacts accordingly deciding and initiating the action or communication required with customers.

Support delivery of customer and regulatory commitments.

Ensure all customer contacts that are received by the business are dealt with in accordance with the relevant processes and timescales

Provide administration, management support and reporting within all areas of the Connections Team.

Deliver excellent customer service to all aspects of your operation and actively promote customer service standards within area of responsibility.

Ensure awareness of and comply with Company Health, Safety and Environmental requirements on issues as they arise.

Work towards a zero-accident culture and lead by example

Use innovative IT solutions and best practices to increase efficiency.

Administer and process all paperwork during the Project Lifecycle

Ensure quality standards are maintained in all activities performed.

Participate in the development / improvement of processes and procedures
What you’ll bring

Working knowledge of network and business data management and management reporting systems

Working knowledge of Regulatory Reporting Requirements

Working knowledge of Guaranteed Standard, Voluntary Standard, Licence and Ofgem requirements

Ability to work as part of a multi-functional team

Knowledge of Energy Networks policies, procedures and working practices.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate as a minimum:

Higher Education or equivalent (four GCSE grades) particularly in Maths and English.
