We’re looking for a strategic and drivenHead of Resource & Work Planningto lead a high-performing team in delivering a robust and efficient work programme across our district operations.

What you’ll be doing
As Head of Resource & Work Planning, you’ll be responsible for building and delivering a rolling 3-month direct resource plan that integrates outage management, customer service, regulatory outputs, and health & safety requirements.
You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary team and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless coordination of maintenance, construction, and customer connection activities.
You’ll also:
- Maximise productivity and efficiency across CAPEX and OPEX programmes.
- Drive performance improvements in customer service, unit cost, availability, and safety.
- Inspire and develop your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
What you’ll bring

- Proven experience in a senior planning or resource management role, ideally within a unionised environment.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
