This is a key role within an ambitious global cybersecurity function, helping to protect critical IT and OT environments that support onshore and offshore renewable operations.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Head of SPR Governance, Risk and Compliance, you will identify, assess, and mitigate cyber risks across renewable energy assets, supply chains, and business operations. You will develop and maintain cyber risk frameworks, ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, NIS, NIST, and IEC 62443, and provide clear reporting and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and industry partners, you will help drive a cyber-resilient business. You will support SPR's cybersecurity transformation programme, strengthen business continuity and disaster recovery capabilities, oversee supply chain assurance activities, and promote a strong cyber-aware culture across the organisation.

What you’ll bring

We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity professional with a strong background in cyber risk and supply chain risk management. Knowledge of OT environments, industrial control systems, or renewable energy operations would be advantageous. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to influence at senior levels and deliver practical security solutions in a complex environment. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001, or IEC 62443 are desirable. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact in a business helping to deliver a safe, secure, and sustainable energy future.
