What you’ll be doing

  • Drive Domestic customer growth through high‐impact partnerships and smart sales channel development.
  • Deliver sales plans that hit key targets across revenue, quality and compliance.
  • Grow performance through existing partners and secure new partnerships to boost sales.
  • Own KPIs, costs, customer volumes and budgets across your areas.
  • Hit sales targets through effective planning, regular performance reviews and strong team engagement.
  • Act as the key contact for partners and internal stakeholders, supporting training and account management.
  • Lead complex negotiations at senior level to win competitive new business.
  • Manage partner performance, identifying issues and driving improvements.
  • Maintain robust reporting, compliance and quality controls.
  • Ensure full legal and Ofgem compliance across all activity.
  • Provide accurate market and competitor insights to support senior decisions.
  • Lead teams confidently through change and manage complex sales environments.
  • Control local budgets and maximise value from all spend.
  • Deliver a clear sales strategy aligned to divisional targets.

  • Line management experience in Sales or Project Management.
